Reunited – Bird – Sulphur Crested Cockatoo (Missy)

 

Thank you for posting this message.  We did recover Missy late today so please remove the post.  She was seen by a neighbour. We did have a call which was about a cockatoo found near Marlow’s Lagoon.  The lady saw the post on your site and called us.  Although that bird was not Missy it shows that people use this website and it can brings results.  I am most grateful for your assistance.

Reunited – Dog – Border Collie (Jessie)

5/11/09 Thank you for help, Jessie was handed into the local vet at Howard Springs yesterday, no worse for her little vacation, thanks for your help again and I think you do a great job.

My dog went missing yesterday afternoon 03/11/2009, she is a 10year old black & white Border Collie, scared of thunder, she is wearing a tag with her name JESSIE written on it. She is desexed, she is timid, she was lost from the Howard Springs area.

 

Reunited – Dogs – Catachoula and GSP (Milo and Tas)

Thanks for putting the sign on the website for Milo and Taz so quickly – they returned last night after much worrying and after much printing of “lost” posters.

Taz is a Catahoula has short orange and white hair with bright blue eyes, medium size, female, 3yrs old.Milo German shorthaired Pointer x, has short black and white hair with brown eyes, medium size, male desexed, 8 yrs old.

Reunited – Dog – Staffy x white & black eye patch

His name is Titu and he is back with his very happy owner as of 1130 today.
RhonaFound on Casuarina beach 01/11/09 a white staffy cross with black spots and a black patch over one eye. He is a desexed male and very friendly.

Reunited – Dog – Great Dane x (Max)

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Amee it is Max and now the cheeky bugga is with us again, hopefully for a lot longer than 6hrs this time. Thank You Sideon at telaf.
Great Dane cross Bull Arab 2yr old Large White entire Dog, Two Black Eye Patches, Leather collar & Black flea/tick collar. Lost from the Winnellie Area. Max was our dog for 6hrs before he got off the chain and pushed through the gate on Friday 23^rd Oct 09 (Bugger).

Reunited – Dog – Collie x Heeler (Barnya)

Writing to let you know that the dog has been reunited ith the owner. He  came and picked it up this morning after he’d been out looking all weekend,  even in our street! I got in touch with him through our local vet (uni ave) as the details on  the pet registar were out of date. thanks for all your help,

I found a dog yesterday morning (Saturday 24th October 2009) on the golf course in Durack, near the shell service station. It had a National Pet Registar (green) tag on with the number 85291 and I phoned and found out that the dogs name is ‘Barnya’. I have been trying this number for over 24 hours now with no response and not sure it’s even the right number as there is no personalised message. The dog is a lovely boarder collie crossed with a blue healer, I think, she is a girl and fairly young, perhaps 18 months. very good natured and friendly and gets along with my dogs fine.

Reunited – Dog – Great Dane x pup – Brindle and white

Thank you so much for placing my notice on th telaf site. I am thrilled to report that “Darling” and I were reunited on Monday 26/10. One of the RSPCA volunteers saw the notice on your site and rang to tell me she had been taken into the RSPCA on Saturday. I was unable to get through to them on Saturday so I was so lucky that the volunteer rang me. She had one small scratch and I will never understand how she managed to venture so far away (she was found at a school a couple of blocks away) but I am so greatful to have her back.

9 week old female Great Dane x. She is black with brindle and white. She has a shaved side and belly and is not well. She went missing from the Howard Springs area between 330am and 700am on Saturday 24/10/09. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Reunited – Dog – Jack Russell pup

She was picked up toda 23/10/09 From the Darwin City Council Pound.

Female 6month old Jack Russell pup this morning, 22/10/09, at the back of the Wulagi Shops and brought (uninjured) to Darwin Mobile Vets. She has a blue collar but no tags or microchip. We will hold her here today before forwarding her to the Darwin City Council pound. Please phone 8927 3657 if you know her identity. Thanks

Reunited – Dog – Jack Russell (Bill)

Good morning, I am writing to inform you that Billy has been found and is now safe and sound at home.  Thanks to all that phone me with sightings.  I had been searching every morning and evening for about 2 hours at a time when on Monday evening I received a phone call from a man that stated that Billy had been sighted for the past three days sitting under a tree just up from his house.  He did try and catch him but unfortunately Bill was so frightened he ran off.  Once there I located him and although it took him a couple of minutes to work out that it was me he came back wagging his tail.  I thank everyone who had fed him and gave him water as after 6 days he would not have lasted too much longer in the heat of the Northern Territory.  Thanks again to everyone and this site for reuniting my baby with his family.  PS he wont get out again without me right behind him.
Billy is a long legged Jack Russell, he is white and has two brown ears  and is 8 years old.    He is registered with the Palmerston Council.  He is dearly missed as he is a part of the family.   Flyers and contact numbers have been placed around Palmerston.

Reunited – Dog – Chihuahua (Lucy)

Just advising you that Lucy has been found .  Not the best news but someone handed her into the vets tonight after she had been mauled by a dog .  She has undergone surgery and hopefully will pull through.  We were lucky she was microchipped. Thankyou very much for posting her on your web site and additional info in your email.

Lost Lucy  much loved pet chihuahua, female, tan and white, approx 6 yrs old. 15/10/09 Palmerston
She has only just had her coat  is clipped.  She is desexed but has not tattoo’s.  She a very friendly but would become quite timid in different surroundings.
