A parrot has been handed into The Animal Rescue Centre. It was found in the Elizabeth Valley Area. Please ring the Animal Rescue Centre for more details on 8932 9496.

Found – Rabbit – brown and white

Found on 14/3/09 in Anula White with brown markings, It is hanging around our yard and next doors yard and a park area. Have not been able to catch it as only see it a couple of times a day. Appears to be domesticated.

(I think)   In Karama near the Plaza on 31^st January.  Walked unsteadily into my back door and making no effort to fly so I think it maybe some ones pet.   Green body, wings & tail, blue head with red & blue  collar.

Found – Bird – Lorrikeet

Wednesday 7th January in Wagaman. Very tame & appears to be hand raised, loves being scratched & handled. He or she does not fly at all & shows no sign the wings ever being clipped.  This little bird is happy to just hop, skip & walk everywhere.  We have posted notices in shopping centres, pet shops & vets.

A Lorikeet was found in the Jingili water gardens on 9/1/2009 and brought into All Pets Veterinary Hospital. This lorikeet is tame and has an unusual yellow ring around its neck.

Found – Bird – Cockatiel

Wing seems to have been injured before, but was able to fly ok.
Found at Fannie Bay Trailer Boat Club sitting on the ground, definitely not wild, probably a cage bird but not hand raised. Found on Saturday December 13.
Keeping at home in cage with another cockatiel, has seen vet and is getting some antibiotics.
