Found 2 weeks ago. Male not desex or m/chip poss pitbull x approx 2-3 years. Tan with black muzzle.

I was driving on Dreamtime Drive, McMinns Lagoon on the weekend and saw two stray female dogs near a friend’s house. Our friend said that the dogs had been wandering in and out of his place for about a week but as he doesn’t have a front or back fence he can’t contain them in his yard. Both appear to have the same owner as they had ‘matching’ chain collars (not choker chain, but a complete loop). Both are very affectionate to each other and were quite friendly. One is black and tan and looks like a kelpie/rottwheeler cross, she appears to have something wrong with her back legs and is limping, though there are no visible signs of injury on her skin; the injury means she cant run, which is concerning as she was walking on the road. The other is a tan/dingo colour and looks like a dingo/kelpie cross. Both dogs are lean in build though don’t look underfed.

We didn’t want to take them anywhere as (besides not having the room in our car) we were unsure if they live around the area and just like to wander. I’ve looked through your lost dogs and couldn’t see any that sounded like these dogs.

RIP this little girl did not pass the vet check Found female dog in Holmes Jungle, Shoal Bay on 21/11/09 Not desexed or microchipped Heeler X Staffy, approx 2 years old. White with greyish spots & no collar.

Found – Dog/puppy – white

White puppy found at Holmes Jungle Friday 20/11/09. No collar, very playful. Will take to RSPCA Darwin today.

Reunited Male Dog found in the Narrows 15/11/09 not desexed or microchipped Great Dane x under 1 year old. Brindle and white paws chest and collar area.

Female puppy found in Millner approx 7/11/09 approx 6 months old. did not pass helath check.

Found – Dog/puppy – very young tan mixed breed

a very young male tan mixed puppy about 4 weeks old give or take, has appeared on our door step on Reedbeds Rd South Darwin River tonight at 730pm. My children seen it earlier in the afternoon following a large white dog which we think it was its mother.

RIP – Dog – medium size

this dog has been found at Buffalo Creek on 4/11/09 but has been dead for some days maybe longer??. She/he is about the size of a staffy. Wearing a black wide collar (fabric I think) with a green plastic insert with purple paw prints on. For more information please e mail to
