Found – Dog – Ridgeback x (PAWS)

The Animal Rescue Centre have been handed in a desexed male Ridgeback cross. He is brindle with a white chest and front paws. He was found in the Bakewell area on the 17/10/09.

Found in Moil 07/10/09 Black with White chest puppy approx 4-5 months old. Mixed Breed Male no mchip  not desexed.

Found – Dogs x 2 (PAWS)

The Animal Rescue Centre have had an adult female Rottweiler cross handed in on the 10/10/09. She is entire and black and tan in color. She was found in the Humpty Doo area roughly around 3 months ago.

Also found in the Humpty Doo area was an entire male Maltese cross. He is a young adult, black/grey in color and was wearing a purple material collar. He was found around 2 weeks ago and handed to us on the 12/10/09.

Found – Dog – Tan ridgeback

Male adolecent pup. Tan Ridge Back, wearing blue collar but no tags. Lovable and friendly nature, sits and shakes hands. Found along McMillians Rd between Malak and Karama on wed 7th oct around 6pm.

Housing dog and have contacted RSPCA.

Found – Dog – Greyhound x

Hi we have a found a lost dog in Humpty Doo on Beard Rd on Saturday the 3^rd October, he is entire male cross breed possibly Greyhound cross Mastiff ( maybe sharpie) he has blue patch on his tongue and approx 10 months old very tall ( Greyhound height) and thin with bones showing looks as if he has been lost for sometime starving and very frightened also badly infected with fleas.

Found/RIP – Dog – Border Collie

RIP – Border Collie on McMillans Road sighted today (5 Oct. 09), opposite Mueller Road, Malak. The dog is fully grown with long black and white coat and has been moved to the grass area outside the caravan park.

Found – Dog – King Charles Spaniel type

Dog picked up by Council, Marsh Street, Millner.Wednesday morning 30/9/09. Larger than but a King Charles Spaniel type dog, Black/brown/white. Quiet, well behaved, Microchipped to Sydney, N.S.W. Phone No. not answering. Taken to pound.

Is this dog lost?  Does anyone know this dog?  Please help find this dogs owner as they may have recently moved. This dog looked in very good condition, it will be put down if the owner does not come forward.

Found (RIP) – Dog – small white and black

24/9/09 Unfortunately this dog is dead. He/she was found on the road going down the side of the caravan park at Lee Pt (there is a barrier across the road and the little dog was found a few metres along the road). He/She is  long haired white with black patches, probably young, couldnt see any collar. Wasn’t there on Tuesday
If you think this could be your dog please go to the area but please be warned many people will find this distressing.

FHF – Dog – Cat (RIP) (RSPCA)

Sadly this cat had longterm health problems and as no one came forward to claim him , he was put to sleep.
Male Desexed Dark medium hair  Tabby with white strip on chest and white socks no microchip. approx 2 -3 years. Has hair loss around neck. Found in coconut grove area 21/9/09.

this little dog has now been rehomed Female Small possibly Jack Russell x No m/chip not desexed. Young adult. Black and White, Tan on face. Found in the Woodroffe area 15/09/09

Found/sighted – Dogs – chihuahuas

Sighted 2 small Chihuahua x?? Dogs 1 Dark Tan and 1 White with Tan markings in the Main Park at Lyons last seen drinking water from the drain (at the hospital end) I tried to get them to follow me but they wouldn’t apparently they have been hanging around most of the day at a nearby building site.
