Lost – Cat – Ginger (Scooter)

Lost Cat ~ 14/12/09 from Fannie Bay – now missing for a week.  DSH ginger tabby aged approx 9 years. Desexed male. Registered in Darwin, microchipped but refuses to wear a collar. Scooter has a lot of personality – thinks he owns the place. Please contact us as we want him home.

Found – Dog – Border Collie

Border collie came to our house in Rapid Creek, 19 December. Approx 7 years old,

female, black and white. No microchip or tags, black collar, very lovely and well behaved. Has obviously come from a good family, we will look after her at home until her owner can contact us. Please call Rosie on 0400 561 987

Lost – Dog- Labrador (Caley)

Caley is an  Old White Labrador, No Collar or tags, Nearly blind and deaf aged about 13-15 years. Male Dog, Not sure if desexed?? Missing from Polaris St Woodroffe. Went missing Saturday 19th December (presumably during lunchtime storm). Owners away and house sitter quite distressed as this is love family pet. Reunited – Dog – Staffy x (Sandy)

We found our lovely dog. Thank you so much everyone. This is a wonderful site that does real good in reuniting lost members of the family.

Our Staffy x Frenchy has been missing since 19/12/2009. We came back to our home in Gray to find her missing on Saturday. She is very friendly and her name is sandy. She is five years old and desexed. She wasn’t wearing her collar with her Palmerston city council tags but is microchipped and her 10yr old owner is very distressed. She has a black patch on the left side of her face. If anyone knows of her where abouts can they please contact me on 0407728693 or 89311130.

Lost – Dog – Maltese x Shih Tzu (Gizmo)

Gizmo is a 6 year old Male Maltese ShihTzu cross.  He is small & white and he has been micro chipped & desexed. He has some fairly crooked bottom teeth. His coat was clipped short approx 3 weeks ago so it’ll be growing out now. He went missing from home in Ludmilla on Sun 6th December.  He was wearing a red fabric collar at the time with 2 green plastic tags & one metal bone shaped tag engraved on one side with “Gizmo” and the other side with “Ph 0400 833 796″. Gizmo is very friendly and he’s scared of thunder so he’ll be looking for comfort during storms.  We we’re away on holiday when he disappeared & returned this week, we’d really love to have him back home.

Reunited – Dogs – Blue heeler and terrier

These dogs have been found and are now home safe. Thank you to all involved you’ve made us very happy.

Shazza – ~ 1 yr old  blue heeler x whith black ears and a black patch over her left eye. She has a tail that starts off wide at the base but suddenly thins about half way down. has a wide black leather collar with 3 rows of spikes. Desexed. Shazza was very timid when we got her but she seems a lot more sure of her self now. still shes never done anything like this before.

Mary ~ 1 yr old white with brown patched over her eyes. Shes a short stocky dog with a head that sort of dips between her eyes. Mary has a wide pink leather collar with 3 rows of spikes. Mary i think is timid around people she doesn’t know and i think is more likely to run off if a stranger approaches her

The Animal Rescue Centre have been handed in an entire male domestic short hair. He is black and white and was found in the Rosebery area on the 18/12/09.

Female poss sharpei x pitty found in Moulden/woodroffe area Tan with red nose. approx 2yo not desexed or m/chipped

Reunited – Dogs – Staffies

Hello, i am just letting you know the owners of the dogs saw a note i put up in the local shop and have now got their dogs back. Its a happy ending for these guys. Thanks for your time. Have a great Xmas.

I found this morning, Friday 18th December 09, 2x staffies. One is an older staffy that has had puppies. She is brindle with a white nose and chest. No collar and no microchip was found by the vet (for either of them).
The other is a roughly 6 month old entire male, he is brindle with a white chest. He is wearing a choker chain.
Both are very friendly and have been in and out of my car to the vets with no drama.
They may be mother and son.
They were found in Port Mar St at Moulden, Palmerston, NT
