Forever home needed – border collie x (Stumpy)

The border collie x blue heeler that I found near Pine Creek at easter, has had all her puppies, and now needs to be rehomed.  I am keeping 1 deaf puppy, which takes my total to 5 dogs.  I have had Stumpy stay on a farm to work cattle for a week, but she didn’t enjoy the work.  She needs to be taken in by a gentle couple, perhaps that are home more than me for company, but that will also be active.  At the moment she spends her time in a dog pen, as she enjoys slipping under the fences at my home.  She would also need a gentle hand (as she cowers and is submissive when voices are raised).  She gets along well with my other dogs, and I don’t believe this would be a problem.  Please contact on 0411 399 331. Found north of Pine Creek over Easter weekend approx 11/4/09 . Female border collie, blue heeler x (?). Black and white.  Has collar but no tag. Dog was heading south, and may have travelled a fair way, as she is very foot sore.  Has minor injuries consistant with being hit by a car, or fallen from ute.
