Found – Cats – ginger and tabby

Found in Anula (hanging around) 2 cats – beautiful ginger and a tabby. Ginger is male, think the tabby is a female.
They may have been abandoned as they are very hungry but have clearly had a home as they are also very friendly.

Found – Dogs x2 (PAWS)

The Animal Rescue Centre have been handed in an entire male Sharpei mix. He looks as though he is a Sharpei cross Mastiff type. He is tan, with a bend in his tail and is quite thin. He was found in the Bees Creek area on the 31/7/09. PAWS will hold him until the 7/8/09.

*2/8/09 Staffy was reunited with his relieved owners today!! *

We also had a Staffy dropped off to us on the 30/7/09. He was found in the Litchfield shire area, and is an entire brindle male. . PAWS will hold him until the 6/8/09.

Lost – Poddy Calf (Buster)

Lost Bull Poddy Calf Monday 27 July our Bull Poddy Calf got out and has been missing since.  He was lost/escaped from 60/30 Bradley Rd, Livingstone off Cox Peninsula Rd..  He is the one on the left in the photo and is brindle in colour (slight tiger pattern).  number ‘5’ tagged in his left ear and registered with the DPI

Lost in Gray area on the 31^st December 2008. Bull Mastiff X with white paws and chest.  Turned left front paw.

Lost – Dog – Pitbull (Murphy)

Murphy is still missing. She is a much loved family pet and we are offering a substansial reward for anyone with information leading to her safe return or to anyone who has been taking care of her and returns her to us. Murphy is a 2 1/2 year old female red nose pit bull. She is tan with a white chest. When she went missing on the 22nd February she was wearing a silver chain and yellow tick collar – both could easily be removed.

2 1/2 year old Female Pitbull – Tan with White chest, Red (liver) nose. Wearing silver chain with silver tag when lost. Lost from Humpty Doo Area on Sunday 22/02/2009. Very friendly and much loved pet. Murphy smiles and shows her teeth just like on the ad on TV! Reward offered for safe return.

Lost – Dog – Sheltie (Kostya)

KOSTYA escaped June 11, 2009.
He looks just like Lassie, just a small version. He was my Dad’s dog and sadly he escaped when my Dad passed away whilst travelling. He was on the Barkly Highway in between Tennant Creek and the Qld border.
I’ve been searching ever since and July 10 drove from the Gold Coast to Tennant, but no luck. I did locate and retrieve the other two shelties though.
I have been on radio and in newspapers in the region, but it is very possible someone outside of the area, or even the NT could have picked him up too as the area is remote and you wouldn’t know where he’d come from. If you’ve seen him or heard of someone finding a Sheltie, please contact me on 0405 985 039 at anytime. I have received one email scam already and it’s devastating.
Here’s hoping and never giving up…

Lost – Dog – Tan (Gordy)

Lost male (desexed) young Pit Bull Cross. All tan in colour. Last spotted between Gulnare and Belgrave road Bees Creek, heading towards the creek on Monday afternoon 27/7/09. “Gordy” is friendly and was only visiting the area so may not know where to return.
