Lost – Dog – Great Dane x (Bully)

Please re-post this on your site, thankyou! Its been a year since we lost our dog and we are still not giving up hope. We have recently been told of some sightings of a dog near where we lost him with a hunting collar on but we are still unable to locate him when we go out there. If anyone has sighted him or know of his whereabouts please let us know, any info is greatly appreciated as he is dearly missed.

‘Bully’ was lost in the Litchfield/Darwin River region on the night of Friday 2nd November 2007.
Bully is a Wolfhound x Dane with short hair. He’s very distinctive looking with a short tail and Merle Dane in colour (Brown, white, grey and black blotches) and is approx 2 years old. He is not desexed and was wearing a blue collar under a Basalt white hunting collar. He is very friendly but timid. Generous reward will be offered upon his return.

Happy ending story

In October last year I had recently lost my dog to a very aggressive and fast acting cancer. She had been with me for 9 years since she was 5 weeks old and I was devastated by her loss. The last thing on my mind was to get a replacement but for some reason I found myself looking on your site and came across Bella I kept being drawn back to look at her lovely face and eventually made a date
to meet her. We hit it off straight away and I knew she was going to be going home with me!!
I can’t thank Angela enough for rescuing her and you for your site, she has been an absolute delight entertaining me everyday with her funny and sometimes “challenging” behaviour With her new home and life came a new name and she is now called Jedda We have completed an eight week obedience/socialisation course and are looking forward to moving onto agility next year. She is very talkative and always has to have the last word and as you can tell from these photos absolutely rules the roost. Jan

Lost – Dog – Fox Terrier x (Jo Jo)

Female De sexed Approximately 4 years old Fox Terrier X Chihuahua Small, black and white with brown on her face. Brown eyebrows. Pink collar, no tags. Disappeared from Woodleigh Gardens/ Leanyer area on Saturday 25th October between 12pm and 6pm.
Very timid and friendly. Loves to sleep on your lap and will try to sleep on your bed.

Lost – Dog – Labrador (Gordy)

16/11/08 We are still looking for Gordy, we leave the NT in 3wks we just hope he shows up

26/10/08 Gordy has now been missing a month he is missed dearly if anyone has any info please call.

2 family dogs both microchipped and desexed they were let out of our locked yard, we arrived home – 26th Durack Fairway Waters area – to find the locked gates open and the dogs missing please help us find our pets.

Gordy – Pure bred golden labrador, 3yrs old only a small labrador, red collar with white rego tag.  Gordy is a family dog and very friendly.

(11/10/08 Gordy  is still missing and has now been reported as stolen on advice from our vet, if anyone thinks they may have seen him please calll

Lost – Dog – brindle x (Shax)

Medium height, lanky build, brindle like colour, fur slightly wirey and suffering from mange. Has black studded collar. staffy x lab X border collie. male not desexed.  Age 6 months old. Lost from Gulnare road bees creek on the 17 October
Friendly nature likes walking right next to u has a tendancy to jump

Lost – Cat – dark grey with white (Zara)

Missing since 16/10/08 and possibly longer from Duckpond / Fishermans Wharf area in Frances Bay. Zara is a DSH mostly dark grey and some white on her feet and chest. She is a petite build and very affectionate. She is probably very scared at the moment as one of other cats bullies her. She is microchipped, desexed with a tattoo in left ear.

Lost – Cat – Black (Panther)

Missing for 3 days from Karama 12/10/08, a large female short haired domestic black cat, with no other markings. “Panther” has a lush coat, yellow eyes, is desexed but not chipped and is timid when approached. Usually an indoor cat, she hates the heat and pants if stuck outside.

Lost – Dog – maltese x (muffin)

Small, white, female, fluffy tail and ears, newly clipped. Last seen had one pink bow on her ear. Collar: red plastic (flea collar), yellow registration tag. Age: 10 years
Lost: Sunday 10^th October from 16 Ellengowan Drive, Nakara NT 0810 very friendly nature.

Lost dog (Sally). Desexed female, light brown colour, medium sized bully cross. Wearing a green collar with a little bell attached. Went missing from the Gunn area at about 3:45 on 8 September 2008.
